AZ ROCArizona Registrar of Contractors
Arizona Registrar of Contractors · Pending · awaiting public-records request (no profile rendering yet)
Arizona's Registrar of Contractors (ROC) is the canonical source for state-issued contractor licenses in Arizona. Unlike Florida DBPR, ROC does NOT publish a bulk file at a predictable URL; license verification is via interactive lookup or a manual public-records request.
How this source shows up on OwnListed.
Manifest registered + ingestion pilot ready. Pending operator-supplied CSV. Once written, AZ HVAC / solar / roofer profiles will surface the license number + classification + status with the same display contract as Florida.
What this source does NOT mean
State license records reflect public state filings. Status, expiration, and bond information change over time — confirm current status with the state board directly before hiring.
Per-field display contract.
Every field below has a `display_allowed` flag in the §94 provenance schema. Write-locked fields are captured to provenance for audit but never rendered on profile pages.

2 fieldsWhat we can’t infer from this source.
- AZ ROC bulk data requires a manual public-records request; OwnListed has not yet applied the operator-supplied CSV.
- Until the first --write run, AZ HVAC / solar profiles do not carry a state-license card.
- Same bond / workers-comp / insurance / discipline write-lock as FL DBPR.

What the source allows.
Arizona Public Records Law allows redistribution of license records with attribution. The bulk file is not at a predictable URL; an operator-side public-records request is required to fetch the master CSV. ROC may charge a clerical fee per response. OwnListed will apply the response CSV via the standard ingestion framework — same display contract as Florida.
