> Source-provenanced provider directory. Local-business and healthcare directory data, traceable to its public-record source.

OwnListed maintains a directory of U.S. local providers anchored on federal and state public records. Every fact we display cites its source, last-checked date, and limitations. We use CMS NPPES, CMS PECOS, Florida DBPR, CMS Care Compare, HRSA HPSA, BLS OEWS, BEA Regional, and US Census state population estimates.

OwnListed analysis is clearly distinguished from the source datasets we cite. CMS ratings appear as CMS ratings; OwnListed counts appear as OwnListed counts. We do NOT independently rate, inspect, verify, endorse, or guarantee any provider.
